I ordered a Ryobi 18V battery lawnmower from the trendydog site for $59. They took the money that day from my bank account. Tracking was provided from China by 17TRACK. We followed the package tracking. It did not arrive when they said "delivered". We contacted the vendor and they said to wait a few days to ensure delivery. After a few days we contacted them again and asked who the shipper was. They said to contact the Post Office and neighbors to see if they had the package. We contacted the USPS and asked neighbors as requested by the vendor. When I replied that the USPS had no package, they just told me that they shipped in "good faith" and there was nothing they could do.
