Ordered 09/28/2024. Tried to cancel on 09/29/2024. They will not cancel order. They say to contact them when it arrives. Then they will have you fill out a rma form.

Says 30 day guarantee if not satisfied can return. They will not cancel order. Phone number plays recording they say they will call you. They started have’s called back
