Purchased clothing items through seller on Walmart app. The following day I received notification the item was no longer in stock and a refund would be processed. Seller took personal information and mailed me a piece of torn up cardboard. According to tracking # on mail, the cardboard was sent 1 day after my purchase was made. Suspected brushing scam.
