Offered cleaning services with 50% upfront deposit. When asked for references, she texted with evidence of deposit and final payments, but her name wasn't on any of them. She sent images of positive feedback received via test but again, no evidence of her name on them. I took the risk of paying the 50% upfront via Venmo (ACH transfer). Upon no-showing for the cleaning appointment, she texted me over an hour later with an image of a flat tire stating she was waiting in AAA and wanted to reschedule for the next day. I had already texted and called her earlier with no response. So I asked for my deposit back twice via text and she has yet to respond.
