They scammed my disabled wife

Sold her a service plan for $750.00. Never heard from them for two and a half years. A few days ago they call and told me they will take $5,000.00 out of my checking account if I don’t call and cancel the account. When I called, “Bella” told me it would cost me $999.99 to close the account or $5,000.00 for three years of service. I am now filing a complaint with our Attorney General. Also, they use a spoofer to mask their call. One of the numbers they used was an 81 year old woman in Indiana. She is now getting as many as 24 angry call each hour.

I noticed transactions on my Amazon credit card that I didn't make. I searched for a number to call online and they gave me an 833 number. I explained my situation to the person on the other end and he said my computer had been compromised. He gave me an 818 number to call for a company called S R Services and said that they would fix the issue. I never got a price. I called the ScamPulse.com to get more information, and the address the company gave me is actually a UPS store.
