I started receiving invoice on jul 2018 from S & S Labs claiming I owe 1838.24usd. then shortly after received a call from 'alex' wanting to know how to pay. Then my insurance re-sends me a denial letter from the Chiropractor Dr Annette Allen, whom resent 2 'bills' from OCT 2016 for appox 1300 and another 900. Very suspicious. I contacted my insurance and they are investigating as well. I came on this website to report in July and had trouble ,as well sent an email with the zip code error response. I have not heard back. since this drs office and lab are pursuing medical fraud in getting more money I am retrying. If you google the Labs information another address and phone number appear for TX nor MI. my insurance was able to find this 4812 Venture Dr., Farmers Branch, TX 75234. Their telephone number is listed as 281-980-3376. Again the invoice from July has not such information. there are several other reports on website regarding same scam to other TX residents. that address shows S&S LABS LLC 1903 CENTRAL DR STE 220 BEDFORD, TX 76021-5876 817-786-8991. please review https://npidb.org/organizations/laboratories/clinical-medical-laboratory_291u000...⇄ Please post to warn others.
