My inlaws thought they were buying a classic Corvette as shown on his website, they inquired, and he emailed and called them, then never heard from again after money was sent via a wire from their bank. He then tried to take more money from the bank the following day. Although his phone number is registered to Kaplan, LA, he could live anywhere in the U.S. Goes by Rodney Stewart, which could also be fake.
