7 April 2023 ordered a dree for this website, total purchase $164.98
They replied saying my order was confirmed and they would send an email when it was ready for delivery.
7 April received another message "Order Update: size confirmation
This email asked me to confirm the size I purchased. I hit the confirm button. There was an address of

8 April received another email from them thanking me for my order and letting me know "You have lots to look forward to"

8 April received another email from them inviting me to look at more of their offerings while I wait for my order to arrive.
11 April I sent them an email saying I still had not received a delivery date.
They replied it would take 5-7 days and then delivery withing 2weeks.
Received another email 12 April asking me what I thought of their customer service
Good, 'Im satisfied or Bad, I'm unsatisfied.
I replied that it was nice for them to ask but I would just like to know when my dress would be delivered.
15 April I sent another email asking where my dress was. They replied my request has been received and being reviewed.
No response.
17 April they emailed again asking what I think of their service and again I replied that I would like my dress. They said they understand that I am not having a good experience and that my "order is always protected by our 100% guarantee."
18th April - another message from them offering more products to buy.
I replied again I just want want I have already ordered.
They replied my request has been received and being reviewed by their support staff.
I sent an email 20th April saying that it appears they are a bunch of scammers, I had read the scam reviews on line and that I would like my money back, would be surprised if they do...
Received a message back saying my request had been received and was being reviewed by support staff.
I have requested Visa cancel the $164 charge and also ensure they do not allow the monthly VIP $20 fee be sent out ever.

Last month I ordered a dress fro SA Styles official. I noticed a week later I never received a tracking number. When I finally received a tracking number it said the shipment was in China, even though the company makes it seem they are located in the U.S. Another week passes by and the tracking still shows the package is in China, no movement for 2 weeks. I emailed and was told someone would get back to me and they did not. I emailed again the following week and no response. I tried to call the number on the website, I always get a generic voicemail that prompts you to press a specific number but regardless of what you press, it goes nowhere. I tried to email again 3.5 weeks later and still no follow up to my 2 emails. I tried to reach out on social media but no response. This is the tracking number I was given tracking number:
