We met at his office where he promised us (me and my husband Ruben Garcia) to help us with our LLC and personal Taxes. he requested Money as a down payment and then harassed us till we paid him off the amount he needed. We even went out of our way to give him zelle payments and a cashiers check that was delivered to him at night due to his insistence.
