Purchase clothing item . It took weeks (8) to receive item. When it arrive the item received isn’t what was advertised. Poor quality and poorly made. When contacted via email regarding refund, the company counter offered with 50% off next purchase. When responded with filing a complaint with BBB, I was offered a 20% refund
