We placed an online order through a Facebook ad with a company posing to be Safe castle. We placed two orders-they said in order to prevent an issue with credit cards, we needed to break up the order -the total order was $334. $200 on one purchase and $134 on another (this should have tipped us off). But-when we didn’t receive a confirmation email-we knew. We tried contacting the “company” and their phone number

Said it was a web

Phone and had not been activated. We are still arguing with Pay pal credit over this fraudulent order we never received. This happened January 21, 2022.
