I ordered a puppy online from Murphy Retriever Kennel they told me they had taken the puppy to the airport and to look for an email from secure courier logistics. Once I received the email I was told I needed to pay 1,400 to rent a crate and would be refunded when I told them the time on the email had already passed and asked for new flight info they became very rude. Thankfully I didn’t send the money but have seen reviews that other people have. I have requested a refund for the puppy but the company is not responding the number I called is 516-206-0472

I ordered a puppy online and it was taken to the courier for shipment. They kept calling delaying they need more money that is refundable to get my dog here. Now $2,650 later I have no dog and the woman disconnected her phone. She will not answer my calls or texts. It’s been 2 days and I have nothing but a $3150 payment for nothing. I have been patient and I have all texts messages and emails. This company has frauded me of all my money in promise of a service and dog I never got.
