I am a senior citizen in Travelers Rest South Carolina. I'm currently receiving home security through Safe Home Security, Inc 1125 Middle Street Middletown, CT 06457. When I first enrolled with them I called them after a friend gave me their number to call and a representative to my house and told me to give him a check almost five years ago and he installed a security system the same day. He never wrote up a contract and nor did I sign a contract. He never told me I was on a contract. I gave this company a call in 2020 to let them know my alarm is not loud enough to alert me. They sent someone out to put a bull horn on the back of my house and that's when they told me I have another year on my contract which put my contract at 6 years. My original contract was up a year ago and I am still paying for a security service that does not call me when my alarm goes off nor have they ever called the police department. I am living with a security system that does not work for me and feel so insecure in my house and under a contract that was supposed to end last year. I need help in resolving this issue so I can find a reputable company where I can feel safe in my own house.

DONT let This . Company’s in Yo house they pretend to Be Friendly WITH False INFO .. NOT VERY HELPFUL WHEN U CALL TO CANCELED THEY R VERY RUDE N UN PROFESSIONAL…. SCRAMS
