While search on line for an owners manual for a specific printer, the computer locked and a message appeared warning of a problem and the direction to call the number for tech support.

Once calling the number they unlocked the computer and gave directions to allow them access to the computer so that they could resolve the problems. Once into the computer they flipped through windows shouling how the computer was already compromised. Finally the began to push for the purchase of their IP protection products.
