Safe logistic services SCAM !!!!

I basically had the exact same experience about a week ago. I purchased some "stuff" for abou 140$ and promptly received order confirmation and tracking number. The supposed companys name was " SAFE LOGISTIC SERVICES". The tracking showed the package in rout amd then being held. So status showed "ON HOLD". Both the seller amd the "courier" contacted me about a 1000 dollar insurance payment needed to proceed with tje delivery and that the money was 100% refundable upon receiving the package. The tracking then showed the package was again in transit and finally about an hour away from me when it was once again placed on hold and was contacted by them both sqying i needed to pay 5000 for a clearence certificate or the package would be quarantined and chances where the package would be opened and the authorities called. At this point i had very high suspension of this being a scam so i told them that if that was the case so be it. That i had all the emails and text messages from them implicating them in this whole scam and that i had already contacted the bank to put a stop on my account and about the "unauthorized" zelle transfers. I havent head from them since.

You just have to be careful about this type of thing and do some serious looking into the chances of the site being legit or a scam based off of reviews and real working contact numbers and a lomg history of being in business.
