Safe pet express was to deliver a bushbaby to my home. I received a email invoice with details on what and when delivery would be. On the invoice there was no other cost involved. One hour before delivery time, I was notified via email of a 500.00 crate and insurance fee. Which i paid. Then the breeder did not give needed shots. I the paid 465.00 for shots. By this time it was too late for delivery. I was told that my pet would go to a pet hotel for the night. The next day i was told i had to pay for hotel cost and vet visit cost. Another 300.00. Which i paid. I was told she would be delivered that day. No one showed up for delivery. I found out the next day she passed in delivery. No i can not get anyone from safe pet express to respond to emails, phon calls. I am out 1265.00 just for delivery.
