BUYER BEWARE! This website "safeguardreports.com" charged my credit card but never delivered the product I purchased. In searching for a hard to find item, I found the safeguardreports.com website offering exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I checked the site for a US based address (in Houston, TX) and contact information. Always something I do when purchasing from a site I am not familiar with. I joined their email list and received a confirmation email and a discount coupon. Purchased the item and received a confirmation email. Immediately my guard was up because the confirmation email included a product description that was not the item I purchased. I ordered a collectible item and the confirmation email stated that I purchased a shirt. I also noticed when the charge hit my credit card, it posted from a different website that was based in MI under another name. I received no further contact from the retailer. After several days had elapsed with no contact regarding my order, I emailed requesting a status update. No reply. I directly emailed their support email address multiple times with zero response. Attempted to contact using the telephone number in the "Contact Us" section and received a message that the number is invalid. I notified the retailer in writing that if I did not receive a response I would dispute the charge, with no reply. I have since contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute and am awaiting the outcome of the investigation. Word to the wise... if something appears too good to be true, it is probably worth exercising caution. You won't have your time and money wasted like I did.
