Received itemized bill with remittance instruction for list of supplies that were never ordered or delivered. Called the supplier and asked who ordered the items and they said they would check the point of contact for our business. When they replied with our general phone number I knew it was a scam.

Be wary, they are probably targeting large organizations in hopes that the bills just get passed through. Unfortunately for them,. the bill they sent was for a large amount so it was flagged.

We received what looks like an invoice for $1789.00 for PPE type supplies including safety vests and ear plugs. In tiny letters in the paragraph, it states that is a solicitation. Most would take it as an order. many complaints online.I took our company name off of the "invoice."

Received an invoice in the mail requesting payment for safety supplies.

We received what appeared to be an invoice from them dated 9/21/21.
The first thing that made it suspicious is that we recently moved our office, the invoice went to the old address with ONLY the old address referenced. When we moved we downsized considerably. Secondly, we would not have purchased 200 Ear Plugs at this time as we only have 2 people out in the field.
In a box on the invoice in really small letters it states the following: "This is a solicitation for the order of goods or service, or both, not a bill, invoice, or statement of account due." Although it has "payment information" with address and "PLEASE MAIL CHECKS TO OUR CORPORATE OFFICE BELOW"
I wonder how many companies fall for this and just pay the amount, especially larger companies that do not have procedures in place that confirms a document is "real". PLEASE make sure all employees are reading a document thoroughly!

A bill was sent to our business with a perfarated bottom stating to detach and remit payment to their corporate office. These were items that our company normally order but never from them. When I called to question them I was disconnected twice. I was then told that it was a quote, however I never asked for a quote and it is written as a bill and requested payment.

We received what very much looked like an invoice from this company. Luckily I pay the bills and knew that these were items we would never order but this could have very easily been "paid" by someone. When I called they told me this was a "quote" and that it says so "in the very small print". This is clearly a fraudulent attempt to collect payment! This company should be penalized.

We received what appeared to be in invoice for overpriced PPE. The language indicating that the invoice is a solicitation is buried in the middle of a large paragraph in very small font. There is a remittance portion of the solicitation at the bottom. The solicitation looks like an invoice with a remittance. The word SOLICITATION should be in large letters at the top and the remittance portion of the "solicitation" should not even exist. This is an attempt to trick companies into paying for something they did not order. Please see a copy of the "solicitation" attached, which sure as heck looks like an invoice.

My staff was alert enough to recognize that it is a scam.

Safety Supply Center mailed what appears to be an invoice for safety supplies. There is an itemized list of items, and a remittance stub to return with payment. If you read the fine print, in the middle of the paragraph it says that this is a solicitation for the order of goods or service, not a bill, invoice, or statement of account due. This is clearly a misleading form of advertisement for their products. This is deceptive and they are hoping that unsuspecting and overworked office staff will consider this a bill to be paid.

We received a document that looked like an invoice with materials listed, remittance stub and remittance address, etc. When we called, the employee stated that this was a quote, no materials had been sent. However, the document looks like an invoice and could deceive someone. Employee also stated the "quote" was sent because our employee request; however, he could not provide a name and no one here actually contacted them. They are very deceptive

Received what appears to be an invoice in the mail from Safety Supply Company. Because all of our invoices are approved by management, thankfully we caught the fact that we never ordered or received any products from this company. Beware! This company uses the underhanded method of mailing out "quotes" that appear to be invoices. Upon calling their number, the receptionist informed my that my invoice is merely a quote. Caution!

Our company received an invoice in the mail between the amount of $1500-$2000. After review, it was determined that no one within our company had placed the order. After reaching out to Safety Supply Center for additional information on who requested the quote and placed the order, we were informed that the Safety Supply sales team did not collect a name of the purchaser or had no record of who they emailed the original quote to. The only information they said they were given, was our company name and billing address. This was not an order that we ever placed, nor products ever received. Please be cautious when receiving any invoices from unfamiliar businesses and always verify the legitimacy of any invoice before making any sort of payment.

We received what is very obviously an invoice from this company, in the amount of $1769.00. It was for disposable gloves, safety glasses, safety vests, ear plugs, and vented bump caps. We have never purchased these items from them. When I called to ask about the bill, I was told it was merely a quote and not a bill at all. The bottom portion of the invoice has a break-away section that clearly says "please mail checks to our corporate office below", and order date, an order ID, etc. See attached. No where on this invoice does it say "QUOTE". This is a clear attempt to collect money for products not provided.

Received a fake invoice in the mail. Thankfully all invoices here need approval, so when nobody recognized it, I googled the company and all these reviews popped up. There is a some fine print on the invoice that does state it is a solicitation and not actually a bill, but they hide it amongst their phony business statements and whatnot, so it's very hard to see upon first glance.

Definitely never pay anything to this company!

Our receptionist received this fake invoice at our office this morning in the mail. I was sent this to see if it was something I had ordered. I knew nothing about this order or company.

A quick google search and found this website!

The receptionist called the company and found that it is a solicitation to purchase from them. This is a very underhanded marketing scheme. The text box in the middle of the invoice does mention that it is a solicitation but this could be easily overlooked.

Got the same invoice last week for$1877.60 and some change. I called to discuss this with them. The don't answer any of the extensions. Then I noticed it's not a bill. Their main focus claims to be leaving a positive impacts on all aspects of society through their products and team.

I'd just like to leave a size 14 Boot print in their tail and on the side of their heads
