They contact you to buy your vehicle, but ask you to pay for a vehicle report in a random website such as safevehicle.org

I looked up the scam online before paying and made this report.

Received a text message that states the following: "Hi, I am interested in the [Vehicle] priced at [Vehicle Price]. My mechanic wants to see a vehicle history report before we set up a meeting. I will appreciate if you could get it from safevehicle.org (unsecured site) and if the report is clean we will make a deal. I am from Space coast"

Site was unsecure and wanted me to enter my credit card info for a $20 Vehicle report. However, since this is unsecure, this is a phishing scam for credit card numbers = identity theft.
