Paid $1 for a vin check for my vehicle. Was not informed I would be automatically signed up for a $30/month subscription. I contacted their live chat for a refund and cancellation. They only refunded the $1 and not the $30. After attempting to contact them again through all channels for the $30 refund, I can’t get a response from anyone. Live chat crashes everytime I put in my info. Their email ignores me. And their phone line is an 866 number but always has a busy tone when you call. This is fraud. If I’m charged another $30 for another month, I’ll have to cancel my debit card and get a new one

On Tuesday, March 12th I paid $1 for a VIN report and never received the report. I reached out them several times that day and got no response. I tried reaching out to them via CHAT on their website page many times...NO ONE RESPONED. I tried calling the support number listed on the their site and was advised by the agent to email my complaint to [email protected]. I did just that and got NO RESPONSE. The next day I went back to the site trying to reach them via CHAT again and again I got no response. Yesterday, I tried again with the CHAT...STILL NOTHING. I then emailed them at the email address listed on their page... Which is [email protected] and as of today, Friday, March 15th 2024 I still have not heard anything from them and nor have I received the report or refund of $1 my account was charged. It appears to me that this site is scamming millions of people an they need to be stopped. The ONLY thing you get from them when you make a purchase and/or try contacting is a page reading 500 | SERVER ERROR.
