I have not received merchandise from SA Formal after placing an order online approximately 2 months ago. I placed an order (#27252) with SA Formal for a dress ($129.99) on April 15, 2024 for a Mother's Day gift for my wife. They advertise an average shipping time of 10-14 business days. So, when I did not receive the dress, I sent an email and called to inquire about the estimated arrival time. I was told the order was not processed, so I submitted another order (#27975) for the dress ($129.99). However, both charges appear on my debit and credit card as "VOIR STYLES" for $129.99 each for two dresses. I have not received the dresses and my request for a refund was denied. I have seen countless complaints against the company and their failure to provide merchandise and refunds, yet they are still allowed to conduct business online and scam customers. They should be shut down immediately!

On February 13, 2024 I purchased an item on this store https://www.saformal.com/ and never got it. I complained several times, especially after I discovered the tracking information they send is probably fake. They always reply with the same: the item was lost, they will get back to me, I can purchase the new item. I started researching and discovered other people complaints against the seller on social media. The seller's name is VOIR STYLES (as stated on my credit card information) and their contacts are supposed to be: SA Formal, 835 West Vogel Avenue, Suite 106, Phoenix, Arizona 85021, United States of America. On 31 October I paid for a dress which now, on 22 April has never arrived. I’ve sent hundreds of emails and they are refusing to refund me. Further to separate research it is clear they’re scammers. Please shut them down or escalate accordingly. This cannot go on indefinitely.

online retailer with offers for purchase. Once money was collected, a auto-response that order was being process. Several days later after a requesting an update on order. A tracking number was generated, however no movement was seen after serveral days.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the site, they told me they were shipped and each time I checked in they kept telling me to be patient. Here I am three months later and the shoes are still now here. The company keeps saying they are going to look for the package and update me.

Purchased blouse January 31,2024. Sent several emails after I didn’t receive the package. Was told it got lost and a replacement would be sent. After several emails and many excuses I have not received a package and was told I could not get a refund.

I ordered a dress from this company, which turned out to be too large. I wanted to return it. When I tried to return it, the website says that "the item is unavailable for return". I have reached via email, phone call, and even Instagram. I get a canned email reply saying go to their website and return the item following the site's instructions. They have not responded to my phone calls. I suspect that this is really a Chinese company and that the Phoenix address is a front.

I purchased items due to the indication on the website that any items could be returned for a full refund. The website where I ordered the items showed a location in the United States. Upon receiving the items, they are poor quality and the size is for a child, I could not even put my arm in the clothing. I packed the items for return and was told by the company via email, I would only receive a gift card, even though the website says otherwise. After the initial email, they now refuse to respond. I have returned the items to the address located in Arizona and issued a stop payment for the electronic purchase.

Placed my order in December 2023 to date 2/7 the order is showing on the 4PX tracking- the order is sitting in China for 56 days- every time I email they claim its in transit- and send me the same tracking info- stuck in China.....
