I ordered a mushroom theme desk lamp from them online. It took two weeks to come in and the box said it was from China. When I took it out, it was broken. The lamp was very poor quality and made from a plastic material. It was nothing like the picture on the website, which looked elegant and made from glass. What I received was very poorly made. It looked like the top of the lamp was glued onto a metal nut attached to the stalk or bottom of the lamp. It was cracked and snapped off at the point of contact between the metal nut and the plastic top. I emailed them about it and they asked for pictures of the damage, which I supplied them three. The initially emailed me back saying I would get a refund of my purchase price to my account within 10-14 days. The next day, however, they emailed me again saying, "Please be advised that our staff has responded to your order and it appears that the item was not damaged; nevertheless, you must place the top half of the mushroom as we have supplied them separately to avoid any harm to the lamp." I looked on Facebook and found quite a bit of warnings from other people about this company being scammers and not to purchase anything from the. They had pictures attached and experiences just like I had with them. Also, they are operated from the Philippines, not the US. I emailed them back and gave them a piece of my mind. I have yet to receive a refund, and they clearly do not intend to give me one. I tried to upload a picture, but it won't let me.
