Sage requested that i provided Sage a proposal for implementing a security system. They signed my contract, and provided me a PO for the full amount. Once the project was completed, they decided not to pay. Apparently they have a very interested set of terms on their website that provides some trickery and allows them not to pay vendors. Vendors should be aware of this scam when Sage requests services.
