I have been contacted by this place saying that they are from an agency partner of Microsoft. I had purchased a 1 year subscription from a company called DIAL INFOTECH TECH FIX. These calls came from this number 44-121-477-9365 they said that they was going to refund my checking account to the sum of $399 an some odd cents which I new that wasn't what I had paid for the product that I had purchased, but at the time I thought maybe they was including interest for how long I had the product. 1st person I talked to was called William Anderson 2nd person was called Ben Gibbs 3rd person was called Jack Watson whom was the supervisor of the refund Dept. then he transferred me to a John ........... . then I got a call from a person name Shawn ...... as soon as I told him that I thought they were giving the run around he hung up. Also when they found out that I had a negative balance in my checking account they said they couldn't done my refund because I had to have anywhere from $500 to a $1000 in my checking in order to give me my refund an I asked them several times why I had to have that much in my account in order to get a refund they got upset with me an told me that was their policy. So at that time I really became very suspicious. I was also kind of suspicious but when they told me I had to have that much money in my account I just figured they would steal that much away from me. So I called DIAL INFOTECH TECH FIX an asked why they were they were jacking me around on my refund an they told me that know one from their had call me about any refund and they agreed with me about having to have that much money in my account just to get a refund. A refund is a refund you shouldn't have to have any money in your account to get a refund. Oh I met to tell you that when I talked to that John he gave me this number to call 800-423-6492. Thank God I had a negative balance in my account or I probably could have lost anywhere from $500 to $1000 of my money!! Everyone be warned that if these people call you make sure you are talking to the right people or you could lose a lot of money!!!!
