Bought garden chairs on may 5th and still not received them, gave them till 6th September for a refund and keep getting emails back from them about how they are a small start up company and a refund would hurt their business, the transaction is not showing on my PayPal but is still on my bank statement. I emailed back today 23rd September to say I am a pensioner living on only my pension but still waiting on a reply.
Told them I will take it further, trading standards or the equivalent

I puchased a mobility scooter over a year ago and have not recieved anything but a bunch of excuses about delays. come to find out there are 7 companies with the same contact info, a few of them are {green Amaze night. Hovemart.com Service @ owning sailortech } every one of them took my money and gave nothing but bull sh ...excuses.

I bought something from Facebook and never received it, I have been emailing for a refund but they keep begging me to give them another chance and say that they are a small company! it was a Waterfall for $45.18. Those scammers use different names for different businesses and even hacked the USPS because they can see the tracking number at the post office but not the package! The bottom line is if something like that happened to you and you and they automatically take you from Marketplace and you see the transaction went through Paypal to Sailor Technology Co. Limited call your bank immediately and cancel the transaction!

Yes I purchased a item in the Internet that was listed on Facebook but never received it. My bank account was charged for the purchase amount. How do I go about getting my money back.

This happened to me aswell

I made a purchase on www.sofxx.com on May 7, 2022 using the vendor's PayPal access to pay with my credit card. I requested a tracking number by email communication on May 9th, 10th, 11th, 18th, 19th and June 6th and 14th. I received the tracking information on June 14th after 9pm by email. The USPS tracking number showed it was delivered on May 23rd. I called USPS and spoke with a representative. The USPS representative said the package was mailed to the correct city, state, and zip, but a different street and street number, and the USPS rep. said this was sadly common for fraudsters to send to a different address because the fraudsters know the USPS system doesn't provide the street address in their tracking. The USPS rep. advised that I would need to contact PayPal to start a dispute for a refund. I do not have a PayPal account and must create an account with them to start a dispute. However, when I created an account, PayPal does not recognize my account as having made the purchase. I have requested a call back to see if there is any way to connect me to the purchase to start the dispute. Bottom line is the website, www.sofxx.com, is still accessible to defraud more unsuspecting people. I have attached screenshots of transaction receipt, USPS tracking number provided by vendor, and USPS tracking details.
