Sent a text msg to me stating they reviewed my resume. Told me to load the wire app and do an on line interview. Asked me if I would want to be paid weekly and by direct deposit and I thought that was odd so I would not give my bank info. They told me I was hired and that they were sending a check for $150.00 to cover software and wooden something. They said to deposit the check in my acct. asap and then buy the equipment w/the my money from the company that they gave me. So I send my money, the check that they send bounces and I never get any equipment and the job is bogus and I am out $150.00.

She will ask for your info to send you a check to purchase "software and wooden materials". She then ask you to deposit the check and keep aside a particular amount for a "bonus". Seemed fishy, stopped the process here.

I received the following email on Monday, August 10, 2020 in reference to a CareerBuilder application for an Administrative Assistant position I had applied to several months ago.
