Unfortunately, we're facing a technical issue between our system and FedEx, but please know we're working hard to resolve it.

To make things right, we'd love to offer you a couple of options:

1. 150% gift card as a token of our appreciation for your patience. This means you’ll receive not only the value of your order but an additional 50% as well, giving you more than you originally spent! It's our way of ensuring you still have a positive experience with us.

2. A reshipment and additional 20% partial refund. Just a heads up, this can take up to 10 working days but you will be fully updated on the progress.

3. We can also process a full refund for the order.

I ordered a dress but when I tracked it it said it had been delivered to a town on the other side of the state. I called and complained and they offered me a gift card for 150% of what I paid so I accepted it and replaced the order for the original dress plus an additional one since I had the extra 50% and they were having a sale. Yesterday I went to check on the order to make sure that it wasn’t going to the wrong place only to discover that the website was gone. Then I started investigating and found all of the complaints online about them.

I ordered items from this online retailer twice and both times, I never received the order. They claim that they have technical issues with FedEx and their system, but they use real FedEx tracking numbers with packages that were in fact delivered, but tracking numbers are actually reused by the company. When I complained to the company, they were responsive and then offered me a 150% discount from the first item never getting delivered, so I ordered the item again, with an additional small item, and the same thing happened. No delivery, FedEx delivery confirmation with a photo of a home that is not mine. I called FedEx and they explained that the same address was used twice, and then I followed up with the neighbors at the address, and they said they received a package, but it was their neighbors package. In any event, I looked up the company online and I learned that they do this to many or most of their customers. The website looks legit, but it is a scam and it keeps happening. They used to go by the name Sarah Ashley, but must have been caught and changed it to Saint Ashley. I expect they have used and will continue to use many proxy names until the scammers are caught.

They operate an online clothing store. When you order everything looks normal but the tracking number they send will be from an unrelated shipment by another company. I am disputing the charge through Afterpay but it’s very hard to get a refund.
