Type of a scam Online Purchase
Ordered an $800.00 couch, on sale for 85.00 with an offer of free shipping, for my daughter in December 2022. It was being shipped from Turkey. When it had not arrived by April, I emailed their customer support team. I was told that the couch was in Los Angeles, but export paperwork was never filed by their logistics team and customs would not allow my couch to be released. So, they re-ordered the couch for me and expedited the paperwork so it could be released through customs. Again, there was another couch coming from Turkey. I went it recently to see the shipping status and it said it had been delivered to us and was signed for by the customer, but we never received it. I did some research only to find I was not the only one who got scammed and the company has no revue page, in fact their online certification, which went live in December 2022 is due to be closed in December 2023 if they do not re-new it and upon visiting their website as of recently, All the furniture offers have been take down. I demanded a refund but seriously doubt I will receive it.
