Anything that you attempt to purchase from this website will result in them taking the funds, but nothing will be shipped. If you place an order you will get an email confirming that you made a purchase. You will then receive a follow up email that states your order is being processed and that you will get another email from them confirming your item has shipped. You will never receive that final email that your order has shipped.

I have attempted through calling, emailing and using their websites "Contact" page to get a follow up. You will not hear from them. They will take your money and they will not shipping you anything. This website is a scam that lures you in with low prices for medium to high end electronics and the like. Don't give them your information. Don't place any orders.

on November 16, 2019 placed an order with Salastores.com for two Construction eating children's plates and utensils and paid $27.98 on my Visa credit card. Received a confirmation email order #RJ-56245-84227 from Salastores plus a confirmation from Fite Analytics LLC stating they handled the billing. On December 6, December 15, January 13, January 21 I reached out to both companies asking for either the merchandise or a refund. There has been no response and, obviously i should have done this BEFORE I placed the order, there are a large number of complaint reviews against Salastores stating they also didn't receive merchandise. Not so much the money but they need to be stopped. It appears all complaints, like mine, are for minimal amounts of money so they are flying under the radar as they aren't scamming people for 1000's of dollars.

I placed an order online for an item in December of 2019. It should have arrived by now based on their shipping policy. It has not. I messaged them through their website a few times and replied to the email address I received with an incomplete invoice after purchase.

Ordered a product from their website. Was immediately charged and the product never shipped or arrived. After multiple attempts of contacting, they have not answered. Upon looking at my bank statement, it appears that I was Charged by a foodbank in Mississippi. This is fraud and they are funneling finds through this nonprofit: A*** ***. Do not purchase from this website.

Same experience as other. Purchase smart thermostat from Salastores and never received merchandise. Have written company and have received no reply. Will cancel charges with my credit card company. This is a fraudulent company and website

I used website for Salastores to purch[censored]iday gift. I first received confirmation of purchase from a company called V*** Inc. (email [email protected] & 609-436-5412). A few days later a second email arrived as notice for order being processed and notice another email will be sent when shipped. The shipping notice with tracking number was never received. I tried emailing and calling for update. No response.

Visited a website that was listed as having a good deal on a product. https://salastores.com/

Received an email confirming the order along with a purchase order number from SalaStores but also received an email that I was charged in the same amount from an email from [email protected] and with a heading titled, "Your ?Internal Assn of Heat & Frost Insulators & Asbestos 91 Welfare F? receipt." This was the first red flag. 3 weeks later, still haven't received a tracking number for shipment or any replies to all of my emails. Phone numbers lead to a business with no association to this company and a google voice number.

Upon looking online at other consumers' experiences with SalaStores, many have also been scammed by them. Payment taken but no products shipped. They are essentially just stealing from everyone. Reported the fraudulent charge to my credit card. See below for further reviews and information from other people's horrible experiences.

I ordered a Keurig cocktail machine on December 12,2019 never received my machine. Upon investigating company found out they are out of business but still used my credit card for purchase under a different name. I am sure this outfit is a Scam ,do not buy from these scammers.

On 11/15/19 I ordered online on their website 2 PBspoon Perfect Peanut Butter Spoons for a total of $15.98 using my credit card. I received an email from them w order #RA57854-94975 and said the order was confirmed. Said that I would receive additional email with the shipping information once it was being shipped. After couple weeks of not receiving another email I started trying to contact them. Sent 3 emails & called twice with no response from them. The phone number was strange too. You call & it says state your name and we will try to connect you. After a few rings it says the google customer you are trying to reach isn’t available. I left a voice message & no one calls back. I was charged for the product but have not received it. Place seems to be a total scam. Don’t buy from them! Would be nice to get the money back but I don’t want anyone else to buy anything from them. Their website should be shut down & they should get in trouble for taking people’s money!!

Google searched for Christmas present and their site popped up. Purchased an item and received an email straight away, stating they received my order. A follow up email came the next day with my receipt also stating that tracking info would be provided shortly. This was 11/27/2019. I've received nothing else from them. I've tried contacting them via email and phone. I followed the links in the email I was billed and it took me to P***.

This is a fake site that is just collecting your money and your info. Unfortunately, I placed an order for something as I was not finding it available anywhere else. I entered all my contact info and paid 83.99 and never received the item (obviously) but also, the phone number for the "business" is a fake google number, and no one responded to my email sent to the listed email address on the site.

Website advertises merchandise at discounted pricing. I purchased two smart thermostats, and a order number generated, but that was it. After multiple failed attempts for order shipment status and cancellation, I realized the website was never going to respond to the requests and I had to cancel the charges with my credit card company.
