I ordered two pairs of shoes and waited over 30 days for delivery and nothing! go to china Post tracking and it says it was delivered. go back to the site where i purchased them and they are gone! im so sick of scammers!

I had clicked on a link via instagram which took me to what looked like the official DC shoe website but with increadibly low prices, stating they were having an outlet sale. I paid 23.74 on 2024-04-15. After looking at the shipping policy it stated "all orders proceed within 3 buisness days". After approximately a week and a half, the website showed that it had not been shipped. I emailed saying i reconsidered my order and as it had not been shipped yet, i wanted my money back. To which they responded saying my order was already in transit and due to a problem with their system, the tracking number could not be synchronized to the order system and not to worry about it.
