The product was ordered, paid for and delivered. The item was rejected by me(buyer) as counterfeit. Email sent requesting a return label. Website said if buyer was not happy a return, a free label would be sent. Four e mails to seller and NO response. No phone contact number, just email. A complaint was made to credit card company. They said, according to business rules they couldn’t do anything because I still had the product. There is no address to send the item back.

This seller,owner, is a good scammer. He knows the rules. He is a fraud. His name is Nguyen Tinh and is at outlook.com
