PayPal promised if they had more open cases against this company they would refund me in 1 day..... that was a lie. I found several people on fb that were upset and had a file open with PayPal, but PayPal was just trying to close their case with excuses; they have never received the return, you didn't send it with a tracking number, or you didn't send it back in 10days (it took 30days to get to Canada).
The 2nd PayPal agent confirmed there are other cases opened but they can't do anything yet to shut them down.
They know this is a scam... people that only ordered 1 item lose money if they follow PayPal's instructions to pay $40 + to return the false item. This is how the scammers work. So they get to keep your money and PayPal gets to keep their cut.
also this is a complaint against facebook for allowing these companies to advertise, also allows them to delete negative comments and block dissatisfied clients from continuing to contact and if you mark a fraud alert they continue to allow the company to advertise but make it so you can't see the add. How shady is that!!!!
Also PayPal sent me the return address in Chinese, I can't read nor write Chinese so how can I send it back. They say I have to send it to the address they give not the address on the package.
If I only ordered 1 item I would just give up, but silly me I ordered 5 x $36 US. Imagine all the people not wanting to chance losing more then double of what they loss so this company making $36US thousands of times over with this bait and switch. Plus there are many, many more fake ads every day on Facebook.
