I went to look at a car they had here 2014 Subaru Sti I drove it an gave my information to the sales person Jordon and he ran my credit with my brother as a co-signer well he came back said of the deal is good but u didn't get approved only your brother they didn't even ask if they could run my brothers credit he just ran it and said he was approved then my brother said ok that fine he signed well we left the lot with them not asking for no prove of insurance and said don't worry about it take it home I paid them 2,000 down payment to come to find out the car had a blown head gasket the next day when inspected by my brother that co-signed my brother took the car back to the dealership the son of the owner took the car an sent my brother on his way then my brother asked for the down payment and he said he had to talk to the manager the next day him and my mom went to the dealership an asked for it back the manager said he had to talk to the owner and see what they could do we offered to give them 300.00 bucks back for the day we had it an manager refused it an than we waited for all most a week an never got a call so we called an they offered us 1,000 back before that he said we can't unwind the deal when the deal wasn't even done the bank ended up denying my brother for the loan an my brother goes to get this 1,000 check an the manager said go ahead an take me to court nothing will happen he said something about buyers remorse yes that's if we buy a car we took the car back an the son of the owner accepted the car back an the manager also told my son we sold the car how in the heck do you sell a car that was supposedly in my brothers name an he couldn't unwind the deal for my brother this place should not be in business i don't know how many more ppl go thur this unfair an no one takes them to court an sues them for this there place has electrical problems the woodburn marshals was out there when we were there an my mom also thank you for this i hope this place gets looked at
