I sat through an air and water purification sales pitch. After it, I was given a voucher for a free 3 days, 2 nights resort stay. I filled out the voucher and sent it in with my choice of location and starting date. One week later, I recieved a letter back saying that there was no availability for that date and those locations. In order to speed up the process, I wrote back with a list of 29 possible start dates. Three weeks later I called and talked to "Jessica" who said that my voucher was being processed and I should hear about it by the end of the week. Three days later, I received a letter that indicated that they were not going to process my request because I had to request ONE DATE at a time. This is clearly a delaying tactic since the turnaround for the two requests has taken nearly two months already. Then when I looked at the "small print" I see that the "Fully Refundable Deposit" is only refunded AFTER the travel voucher has been used. So the fact that they are delaying the processing of the voucher makes it pretty clear that they intend to delay past the ONE YEAR time frame that I have to use the voucher. Everyone needs to know that if they get an offer from Trips Incentives that it is a trap and a scam. I would bet that not a single reservation has ever been made for anyone with these reward vouchers.
