The service that was provided was Solar Lead Generation. Based off of our extensive research about the service that was being offered, we were suppose to have received 65 newly generated Solar Lead Opportunities and 10 Live Transfers…. Upon reaching out to potential clients, we discovered that the leads were out dated, with a lot of them previously rejecting the service. We also found that several leads were sent to us multiple times also disguised as being New Solar Opportunities… The live transfers that were sent to us were also old leads disguised as being New Solar Opportunities…. The original contract was dated for March 01, 2024 to April 1, 2024 for $3747.00…. As a result of the multitude of out dated leads and live transfers that we received, the results yielded zero viable customers from Solcertain….

A paid ad is on Facebook as the "National Water Awareness Program" offering to test your water for free and give you a gift card for $20 for your time. I scheduled their visit and asked them before they came if they were selling something. They assured me they weren't, so they came. After requiring me to talk through their tests for an hour, they told me they're actually the Kensington company and they wanted to sell me their purification system for over $1,000. I declined and told them they misled me. They never sent me the gift card even though I followed up with them repeatedly. I can't find a website for Kensington but I can see that they have a company making water purification systems: https://www.newegg.com/p/0NW-0156-00002
