The scammer used the ACP (Affordable connectivity program through the state) to lure me to site to sign up for discounted wifi. Made me Input payment method after submitting application and pulled my money without consent. After transaction was made, I made contact with them through chat to find out if my application was accepted only for them to inform me that their service is unavailable in my area and that they’d raise a ticket to issue a refund and that they’d send me an email with the info within the day on two different occasions and never followed through with it. It’s been two weeks and no email or refund.
