Type of a scam Online Purchase
I called to check on status of delivery and was told wait another week,the part was shipped late. That was the first phone call of many for 5 months. Performance Auto Parts agreed to refund my $518.00 for two months leading up to now.
I have reported Performance Auto Parts to my Bank United Community Bank being I used thier dept card to make my purchase. United Community Bank sent me a Determination letter stating no error occurred and or the merchant refunded my account for the disputed amounts. I never recovered any amount of money in my account and still no product.
United Community Bank is at the mercy of this merchant trying to get my refund and failed with a Final determination letter.
