Told me the meds were only $100.00 and that included shipping . Now they wsnt $200.00 more and said it was refunded when i get the order

I paid them for a product and everyday they were asking for money. Telling the product was damaged and pay for another

I ORDERED A MEDICATION ON LINE AT PRIME LINE PHARMACY. THEY ASKED FOR PAYMENT THOROUGH PAY PAL OR ZELLE WHICH I DID. I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER. BUT THEN I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A $350 REFUNDABLE DELIVERY INSURANCE FEE AND A $200 REFUNDABLE HOLD RELEASE FEE. THERE WAS ANOTHER E-MAIL FROM TROPICAL SHIPPING EXPRESS EXPLAINING THE FEE AND STATING ONCE THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED I WOULD BE REFUNDED. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND to CANCEL the order, THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT REFUND WHAT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED. I WAS TOLD IT WAS PROCESSED BUT NOW THE PRESCRIPTION WAS REJECTED. I SENT A COPY OF THE RX AND THEY SAID it did not go through and they would need to get ME ONE SINCE MINE WAS REJECTED. I ASKED WHY IT WAS REJECTED AND I COULD GET another ONE AND SEND IT. THEY SAID THEY HAD TO HAVE A PRESCRIPTION FEE OF $600 AND IF I DID NOT PAY, THE SHIPPING WOULD SEND THE MEDICATION BACK TO THEM AND I WOULD LOSE THE INSURANCE FEES AS IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I once again told them to refund me the money for the order ($600) which again they declined I ended up paying the $300 and was TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED THAT DAY. OF COURSE IT WAS NOT AND THIS MORNING WHEN I ASKED THEY SAID THEY WERE "PROCESSING". AFTER 3 HOURS I TOLD THEM FOR THE 4TH TIME TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND THE MONEY. I LET THEM KNOW I WAS REPORTING THEM. I have also reported them to PayPal and Zelle, I am not sure that I can get my money back but I want to be sure they are flagged as fraudulent.
