Bought item on website. Advised by email day later that it was out of stock but would be in stock in two weeks. Website said that they had over 60 items of product available. Tw weeks later I heard nothing back and emailed status of item. Received email stating still out of stock will bein stock in two weeks, but I could cancel order. I emailed back requesting to cancel order and refund my money. Received email that refund would be processed immediately. Sent email week later asking status of refund. Received email back that they could only process refund through e-transfer and requested my email address. I emailed back that they already had my email address and reaffirmed it again requesting to process refund. Received email back stating that it will take 5-7 business. Since then I have not received refund. (It has been over two months) I have emailed several times requesting status of refund and have not received any replies. I have been ghosted by the company.
