THe company advertises themselves as a business that helps small businesses grow their social media presence and promotes their 14-day trial to entice people to sign on. When I signed up for the service, I was told that someone would reach out to me about additional steps for onboarding but aside from being invited to a Slack group, I was constantly ignored by everyone on their channel. In an attempt to connect with someone, I tried to call, send them a chat on their website, and even emailed but no one responded AT ALL. In addition, they charged my card before my 14-day trial was even up and when I cancelled the service, there was no way to request a refund.
