The website used JCP which I took as JCPennys. I paid for 3 items that they said were under one dollar as a major sales event. I paid with my debit card. They gave me a tracking number which I checked weekly, I then saw that they said my order was delivered however I never received my items. My mother also had this happen to her but her items totaled around $50. I believe they used the JCP logo to make people think it was JCPENNEYS.
