Exact replica of US Post Office site, came up as the first link on Google to a Change of Address form. It didn't look suspicious and the site claimed they were secure and would be charging the $1 processing fee, nothing out of the ordinary. After the change of address and credit card info was submitted, I received an invoice in my inbox for $49 from a random company in Europe - my account was charged for the amount. I cancelled my card immediately and requested a replacement.
