Angi recommended me to Salient Engineering for a boundary survey claiming they do background checks on their recommended vendors. I reached out to Salient Engineering who gave me the lowest bid, (see attached pdf) then expressed interest in accepting the bid. I spoke on the phone with Brandon several times afterwards, he started rescheduling, and eventually broke all communication. After the second week, his phone stopped taking calls. No work was performed and the money was paid soon after the bid was accepted and dates were scheduled.
