Blatant Fraud
Customers were warned that order processing & shipping delays may take 3-4 weeks post purchase.
Ads & product landing page were approved by both Shopify & Facebook.
Negative spiraling narrative in the comments on the Facebook page were not noticed until the media release.
The website was deleted with all customer data by Shopify following, assumably a trend with the narrative created in the comment section regardless of pending orders.
Actual amends for these customers cannot be made unless Shopify is taken to court to open the store.
This was at the start of COVID, before colleges sent students home & the NCAA cancelled sports.
- "It's been 4 days and my order hasn't arrived"
- "I just ordered and it hasn't came"
- "I ordered on another site..."

He made the news: https://chicago.cbslocal.com/2020/05/01/depaul-student-accused-of-ripping-off-hu...⇄ /> His instagram is @juliandavis_
Ability to access any data or information about this incident to this day has also been closed by 3rd parties without any given consent.
As appealing as a story this may have been for CBS to publish, the videos pieced in their article are not actually correlated to this occurrence and were recorded by someone else from my instagram stories.
The majority of issues came from the website being shut down and an inability to respond to customer inquiries. It seems this website allows anyone to post and say anything anonymously. My attorney has advised me to not engage, I am responding to clarify for anyone who may be reading.
I would appreciate it if the owner of this account would remove this post as it is defamatory to my name and reputation.

selves and I hope they burn in hell. I am beside myself that someone can actually take advantage of the working people at anytime, especially at a time people are vulnerable. The merchandise was to be shipped in two days and still nothing. These people need to be found and held responsible.
Sincerely,
J. Josi
