When checking out Jan proceeds to take my card, swipes my card, then proceeds to tell me that my card did not go through. I received a text confirmation of payment and showed NAME that the payment went through. NAME declined showing their was no proof, and asked for me to Cash app payment to the owner. When speaking with Bank of American shortly after it was confirmed that my Card was in fact charged twice for one service. NAME in fact gave me her number and told me to call if I had any issue. When I called with proof of my bank statements showing I was charged 45$ extra dollars she apologized and offered Cash. Being that this was charged on my card I wanted it to be put back on my card, and requested to speak to the owner immediately. After consulting with my bank they open up an investigation and with my proof, receipt confirmation of initial payment. Salon 109 and the owner refuses to return the money that’s owe. I paid for one service with the total amount of 45$, I was wrongfully charged 96$. Double the money I paid
