I called the salon the next day and they said they would fix it for free. So I went back the next day to get it fixed. They added a toner but didnt fix it. However, there was NO charge per them as they were fixing it. I found out a few weeks later, because they have the credit card on file.l they FRAUDULENTLY charged my credit card. They say didnt was free but scam you thinking you wont find out! They charged the first amount then. And no signature or receipt anything so they just secretly scam you behind your back.
Then I took my mom for hair color a week later. She also needed a toner to tone it down. They said come back in a few days, NO charge to do the toner.
I even confirmed this on the phone as I made my mom's appt.
When my mom went in she confirmed this as well. When she left they said there was nothing to sign and there was no charge. I checked the credit card and again they charged her for the toner! To make matters worse, they charged my credit card when she was the client! They secretly scam people this way every time pretending they are doing a 'corrective toner"
This business is fake and fraudulent and needs to be fined! They charge without authorization and lie that they are not charging anything but do charge!
And as far as the $304 I paid for a service I never received - they refuse to fix it and give me the service as well! Total fraud!
