NEAT AND COMPLETE IMPECABLE INTERIOR AS WELL AS WELL KEPT EXTERIOR- DING & SCRATCHES FREE”. There were multiple scratches and dents on the doors and didn’t look like the one in the picture as advertised.
He agrees to a price of $*** and a delivers it the next day without a problem. When I paid him he had asked for cash and didn’t leave a Bill of Sale and that I would be getting the receipt in the mail a few days later. Never asked me for my phone number and didn’t leave a phone number if I had any questions. He sets it up and let’s me know that it should cool in a couple of hours. The next morning it has not cooled and in fact getting warmer in the fridge. I messaged him through the app to get in contact with him about the situation (he said it came with a two week warranty). No answer. No calls back. He finally decided to contact me later that night and tells me there are no refunds. After demanding my money back, he promises to make it better by fixing it and if he couldn’t fix it he would replace it with a different one. But he takes a look at it and tells me everything I wanted to hear. “Oh the valves and gauges look great there’s nothing wrong” He then proceeds to put coolant to help the fridge and freezer. I gave him a second chance to get it fixed. He kept saying something about his boss not letting him give refunds when it was HIS name on the business sign on the side of the moving truck he showed up in. After a few days he finally agreed to pick up the fridge and only charge me $50 for the delivery and pick up.
His profile on the app has multiple fridges that all seem to be the same one but from different angles and is listing them in different cities in the Los Angeles area.
