Salt pool company sells a swimming pool salt cell for $359.00 with a 5 year warranty. My cell failed at 2 and a half years. I contacted the company for a warranty replacement and had to send the cell back at my expense, $25.00. Then they made the warranty adjustment and said I would have to pay $445.00 under the warranty adjustment. When I complained about the outrageous warranty adjustment, they said they based the warranty on their regular price of $890.00 although for the past five years have never charged that price. They don't state that fact in the warranty and who in their right mind would pay the $445 .00 when the website still shows the cell at $359.00. Now I'm out the cell and the $25.00 shipping fee. A total scam and false advertising.

Warranty on Platinum Edition Replacement Salt Cell 5 years. I had not used this till this weekend due to the amount of time to get it and it was already a replacement. Well, it leaks right out of the seam, which is where I believe the last one leaked from. I have also heard from other people about these issues with this product. Why are you still selling defective products? I still have the original box and packing it was sent to me in, with no damage on my part. I now want it replaced, but prefer a refund due to this being the second time. I do not see you on FB any longer. I will file another BBB complaint if not resolved within a week. I have already been through this process once. Chris Drew

I bought a pool salt cell for 260.00 never got product and could not get ahold of anyone, never got tracking # started to worry so I went on BBB, there I saw a lot of everyone else complaining of the same thing, now the co. It advertised thro shut them down which was Shopify, I have filed a fraud thro my band
