Mr. Salazar was referred to me by a nurse as I had just undergone major emergency surgery. Bad e ice storm occured and everyone in the county needed roofer and all were busy. So he came over and we sent an estimate in to insurance. He wanted to do entire roof, insurance was only going to cover the damage. Now we're into March, first amount given from insurance, $3141 March 9, 2023. Salazar estimate had been close to 20,000. After another month of negotiations a second payment from the insurance company April 29, 2023 for $4466 which we in good faith were repairs to the roof. He literally skipped town. I've been to his house and allegedly someone else lives. I'm looking at two more surgeries soon I'm devastated. I don't know how to proceed.
