I purchased an outdoor sauna from their website as a Christmas gift for my elderly parent. When the sauna arrives the thermostat and temperature controls did not work. Contact with the company was attempted immediately the day of arrival. The company does not have the customer service phone number. Only chat and email options that Went unanswered for days. Emails took multiple days for a response. The company called my elderly parents finally this week after 9:30pm and wanted them to skype. Otherwise, they couldn’t help them. Then proceeded to try to convince my parents to keep the defective product and go to the store to purchase a kitchen thermometer to use for the sauna. i have emailed and complained. I have filed a dispute with American Express. I have filed a fraudulent claim case with the ftc. The company website list 10 year warranty. We just would like the product picked up and returned and our money back. I will purchase them a sauna from a another company.
